The Board of Directors of Oaks North Management Corporation No. Two is pleased to welcome you as an owner to our senior citizen housing development for residents ages 55 and over. We look forward to serving you in the months and years ahead. We will do our utmost to keep our property looking beautiful and to update the area as needed.

Your Board of Directors meets once a month, on the 2nd Wednesday of each month (excluding December) at 6:00 p.m. at the Oaks North Community Center. As an owner, you are invited to attend and any homeowner questions may be addressed at the start of each meeting. The Annual meeting is held in March of each year.
Please take time to read and understand the ByLaws and CC&Rs which are included in this website. If you wish to make any improvements to the outside areas of your unit or structural changes to the interior of your unit, you must complete an Architectural Improvement form also found on this website. The Architectural Committee meets monthly.
